Parents complete a secure GoCardless mandate. Collections wait for the parent's review window, pause if they query an invoice, and reconcile themselves inside your finance workflow. GoCardless transaction fees apply.
Ofsted readiness built in
Keep evidence, policies, consents, accident and medication records organised all year against Ofsted's evaluation areas — and give an inspector time-limited, read-only access when they arrive.

All prices are per setting. The 12-month plan is a lower monthly rate on a 12-month agreement, still collected monthly by Direct Debit — not paid upfront. Sign-up and billing are handled here on the web, never inside the app.

Your children, contacts, observations (with their photos), attendance and daily records come across to Yenlio and land in the right place — each child's journey, the news feed and the register. We do the heavy lifting as part of onboarding: no spreadsheets, no re-keying, no charge.
